ShareMed.me is a software with a vision of strengthening lines of communication between patients and caregivers by creating a communication platform allowing daily video updates from care team members with the goal of enhancing patient understanding of their medical status and plan of care.
Access to ShareMed.me app is available by invitation only. Registered doctors use ShareMed.me app to upload videos for patients. Registered patients can use ShareMed.me app to watch the videos and provide feedback about the care services.
